On what operating system?

Do you have logcat or dmesg ?
 (adb logcat -d > logcat.txt, adb shell dmesg > dmesg.txt)

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?
(V20G, V20D, V15x, V16x etc. )

Please provide any additional information below.

Is not a bug, just a feature request, to have this governor built on the kernel.
