Wi-fi not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.turning on wi-fi
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to search and connect to network, instead it just shows "error"

What version of the product are you using?
1. gapps-gb-20110828-signed
2. system-gb-20111011
3. boot-gb-20111011
4. ...

On what operating system?
windows 7 x64

Do you have logcat or dmesg ?
 no

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?V20G
(V20G, V20D, V15x, V16x etc. )

It maintains the connection. disconnected several times.
