Can't install apps to SD card #189

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start the phone
2.all apps installed in SD card cannot open
3.in Options, I found the system cannot get the information of the apps 
installed in SD card 

What version of the product are you using?
1. gapps-gb-0828
2. system-gb-20111011
3. boot-gb237-111011a-224mb

On what operating system?
2.3.5

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?
(V20G, V20D, V15x, V16x etc. )
V10G

Please provide any additional information below.

I think the system don't check the SD card correctly when the cellphone starts. 
Because when I found the problem, I try to remove my SD card and push it in the 
phone again, then the system will check the SD card, then everything is normal.
