LOGO LOOP WHILE INSTALLING TH NEW SKYPE

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing the new release of skype

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the system crash while installing skype and restart with cianogemod 7 logo in 
loop

What version of the product are you using?
1. gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip (map and gmail got updated after installing 
this from market)
2. system-gb-20111011-snapshot.zip
3. boot-gb237-111015-224mb-r188.zip
4. ...

On what operating system?
xp pro

Do you have logcat or dmesg ?
 (adb logcat -d > logcat.txt, adb shell dmesg > dmesg.txt)

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?
(V20G, V20D, V15x, V16x etc. )
v15C (ITALY)
