failure to install/move apps to SD

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install or move apps to SD

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?
1. gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip (map and gmail got updated after installing 
this from market)
2. system-gb-20111011-snapshot.zip
3. boot-gb237-111015-224mb-r188.zip
4. ...

On what operating system?
xp pro

Do you have logcat or dmesg ? no

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?
 v15c - italy

Please provide any additional information below.
when install cannot install apps to SD and when try to move manually from 
setting, says: failure. I tried all apps. but nothing.
