What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take a photo
2. Take another one as soon as you can
3. SD card file system error!
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No error, and the photos should actually be there

After crashing, the phone couldn't mount the card, had to turn it off, put the
sd in the computer, fsck it, and restart the phone, now it is good, except that
the last photos are not there.
