Status bar gets locked out

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get a lot of emails
2. Dismiss the email notification by swiping them from the status bar
3. SOMETIMES the status bar get stuck while swiping.
4. Reboot to solve the problem

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It was supposed to swipe off the notification, and the status bar should be 
usable after that.

What version of the product are you using?
1. system-gb-20120109
2. boot-gb237-111025-236mb-r193
3. Clocked back to 245~528MHz (battery reasons)

Do you have logcat or dmesg ?
not yet, but if needed I can force it to happen again.

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom firmware ?
V15

Please provide any additional information below.

The status bar still gets updates, like sms's pop there and missed calls etc. 
But I am unable to interact with it.

This problem has happened to me 3 times during the past 24h, and it seems to be 
quite random, most of the times it works well.

Having same problem with latest cm7.2 image.
It happens 1 times now. reboot fixed the problem.
i was installing 3-4 apps from the market at same time over wifi.

I had the same problem.

Solution:
Go to 'Theme Chooser' and press 'Apply' on the selected theme.
