When i noticed the update, in reinstalled by 0 ICS (system, update, and
kernel). Now i can connect to 3G Networks, and make calls so... it could be you
installed the last update first and the old update later (so, the latest update
will not be applied).

So, go to recovery and install boot-ics-120120-alpha-rndis.zip and
update-alpha-20120121.zip, then try again.

If it goes wrong again, you can try to flash by 0, it worked for my.

Hope it helps you.

Oh i see. So the correct install order is system, latest update and then boot?

Just flashed new system.img, followed by newest alpha update and then alpha
boot. Still unable to find network. On top of that, it erased my contact and
sms data.

@vinh.tee // you have to wipe , cleaup cache, dalvik cache before/after
installation
and be careful to backup your system before install the experimental alpha.

I've gotten the alpha to boot and it finds the network. I used a 4.03 gapps
release and it seems to work as well. The problem is, I cannot make calls or
send sms. I can receive calls and sms though. Phone probably can't transmit
(might be why 3g doesn't work either). I have installed the latest update fix
and boot as well.

...wipe, clean up cache and dalvik cache before and after instalation...
Are you read this, vinh.tee? Or you are writer, not reader?

There was something I was not sure about in regards to dalvik cache cleanup:
"e:unknown volume for path [sd-ext]". Should this message bother me ?

I've done exactly as instructed: factory reset wipe, clear cache, clear dalvik
cache (But receive message stated above in previous post) before flashing
system.img. Installed latest update only under recovery. Did another cache &
dalvik wipe. Installed boot under recovery. Cleared the cache/dalvik once more
then booted phone. Same problem. Phone immediately hangs up when attempting to
make a call. Sms will not send either. Incoming sms and calls work fine.
