Info on getting and building ICS source #230

Please be so kind and give us some info on how to get and build ICS source 
ourselves (best step by step:-)). I am not sure, where are now all the source 
files, how to merge them with cyanogenmod and build. I would like to try if I 
can contribute a bit:-)

ICS/CM9 build is under development and I have no time to open these all things.
Please wait until ICS beta.
