Mobile data connection in ICS not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the phone
2. connect to the internet using 3G or 2G

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect connection to the inernet since it is working with GB but not with 
ICS. What happens is I get normal cellular connection after about 15 minutes or 
something but with no data connection at all.

What version of the product are you using?
1. gapps-ics-20111125-2.zip
2. system-ics-cm9-20120113-ALPHA.7z
3. boot-ics-120120-alpha-rndis.zip 
4. update-alpha-20120121.zip 

On what operating system?

Ice Cream Sandwich

What version of the *Official LG* Firmware were before using Custom
firmware ?
 V10F

Please provide any additional information below.

Wifi works fine but mobile data connection is not even connected although the 
phone was able to get the correct apn automatically. Normal cellular network 
doesn't register as soon as the phone boots but if I wait some minutes it gets 
registered automatically (without data). Data connection is supposed to work 
fine because it is unlimited and I tried it on GB on the same phone and other 
phones. (O2 Germany)

ok...it is still not working for me...can you suggest something that I can do 
to fix my problem?

make an backup
wipe the phone (remove everything on it)
look if it works now
if it doesn't work run your backup back
