Why do we suggest some of these packages? #56

Why do we suggest covr, shiny, and DT? We do not use these in the package anywhere. Are they used for TravisCI? If so we should remove them from package suggests and install a different way, because want to not have bloated dependencies if not needed.

I have removed these dependencies in the EAP/moaninClass branch, and will close this comment when I merge that branch.
