Needs to depend on R4.0 but Travis CI only has 3.6 #60

Bioconductor Check requires we depend on R 4.0, but the docker in Travis CI is only 3.6 so fixing this will make errors in Travis CI.

Also timecoursedata requires R 4.0 (needed to submit to bioconductor) so still hitting error.

To get around this issue, I have temporarily changed the .travis.yml to download current version of R, etc. The old .travis.yml has been saved as docker.travis.yml
