@epurdom I've made a call on the structure of the design here (Group * Timepoint). It might be worth having an option to have the user input it. It also doesn't include the replicate information unlike what we did in the EPICON paper for the weekly analysis (design ~ Group + Replicate + 0)

This fix currently doesn't work with the EPICON data, or at least not right out of the box, as the design is undefined for early timepoints of postflowering.
