When checking the Transform step of the ETL, I observed that:
C3DC\C4OH in the data corresponds to C4OH\C3DC in the metadata
C5OH\C4DC in the data corresponds to C4DC\C5OH in the metadata
Within the code, when a column is not found in the metadata and it contains several names (separated with a \), we can check whether the column name with inverted names exists in the metadata.
This still lifts some questions about the correctness of the metadata...
