What if a single patient has different values for a given phenotypic variable?

Imagine that a patient does 3 screenings, one initial and two controls. For instance we have:

patient id	sample ID	measure A	measure B	sex
P1	1	0.04	123	F
P1	2	0.03	123	F
P1	3	0.03	124	M

The phenoytpic variable sex leads to two unique values, F and M, for a single patient. We could either:

• Take the most frequent value, i.e., do a majority vote;
• Keep both values and register two sex phenotypic variables for that Patient resource.

The more reasonable is to register both values (to not "loose any data") and to report that in the final analysis report
