What if a single patient has different values for a given phenotypic variable? #19

Imagine that a patient does 3 screenings, one initial and two controls. For instance we have:

patient id sample ID measure A measure B sex
P1 1 0.04 123 F
P1 2 0.03 123 F
P1 3 0.03 124 M

The phenoytpic variable sex leads to two unique values, F and M, for a single patient. We could either:

The more reasonable is to register both values (to not "loose any data") and to report that in the final analysis report
