Add notice under My Applications when no appli:

"You have no application. Browse tasks now to complete tasks!" "Browse tasks" : Link to Browse task tab

Add notice under My Tasks when no active task:

"You don't have any active task. Post a task now and find the help you need!" "Post a task" : Link to Post a task tab
