Filters on datatables going to the bottom of the page in Internet Explorer #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a jquery dataTable columnFilter page with sPlaceholder: "head:after".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The filter options should be presented after the header of the datatable 
object, instead the filter is displayed at the bottom of the datatable in 
Internet Explorer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows
