Placing Language Files ?? #2

Hi,

I just couldn't figure out where to place the "Language Files" ?? This is not clear in the docs...

Is it probably under /public ??

You place them, like you would place normal js, css or html files.

My current favorite place is both/l10n/public.en_US.lang.yml which would them be the namespace both/l10n/public.
