Update to egui 0.16 #4

Since this is a library, it would make more sense to not include the Cargo.lock file in the repository according to The Cargo Book (https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/faq.html#why-do-binaries-have-cargolock-in-version-control-but-not-libraries).

I also made a few changes and managed to get egui 0.16.1 working with the integration.

thanks for reminding me of this, and the reason why I left the cargo.lock was because to publish the crate the last time it required it
