Extract msgstringtable Seems broken #96

@MStr3am Hi

i try to extract msgstringtable.txt for 20130807,20150513,20151029 client, but the result seems error. can you check this?

yes, i try. but still has problem.

i revert to https://github.com/MStr3am/NEMO/commit/02ee0c731379957460321cf8c4857eef3c0be500, you guess what... it's work!

Maybe is the 8e92ac12a21fa0fa545f4571e974a6e8f9f6de78 commit to make it broken..

when i copy https://github.com/MStr3am/NEMO/commit/8e92ac12a21fa0fa545f4571e974a6e8f9f6de78 's Addons\ExtractMsgTable.qs and Input\msgStringRef.txt to https://github.com/MStr3am/NEMO/commit/02ee0c731379957460321cf8c4857eef3c0be500 , after then https://github.com/MStr3am/NEMO/commit/02ee0c731379957460321cf8c4857eef3c0be500 is broke too.

I tried using windowsXP, had the same problem. OS language settings may be causing the problem, I went to confirm it.

It's almost done, But still has a little problem about korean characters, I will show it to you when i get home.

uh im seeing them fine when i generate. o_o could be an encoding issue.

Well i dont plan to install an extra Win7 just for checking this. One thing we can do is use Teamviewer so i can check in your system directly. EDIT: Also we can take a look at #85 while we are at it.
