add: [hashlookup] hashlookup services support #50

Hi there,

This pull request adds support for hashlookup services. It should work out of the box.

I'm on vacation and can't check.

@gallypette Would this break setups in which users have created their own .ini from a previous munin.ini template oder does is check the availability of the settings and only activates the check if they have been found in the .ini file?

Ha yes good catch!

It should not interfere with previous configs now. I touched a bit the MISP config part as it had the same issue.
