Progress bar and percentage updates #85

When focused on progress bar and/or node item with progress updates:

create audible feedback of progress bar status - sounds from low to high, like in the TalkBack or NVDA
When focused on item where percentage is displayed, say the percentage once a 5 second, for example.

Examples: post-update notifications, items of my apps in Play Store while updating, loading a web page in web view etc.
