[Feature Request] External monitoring #307

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am not 100% sure that backups are completed successfully. There are, of course, notifications on the phone itself. But what if, for whatever reason, the service fails to start in the first place?

Describe the primer solution An option to add an external monitoring solution such as, for example, https://healthchecks.io. All it takes is one http call, to be only called upon successful completion.

Describe alternative solutions Some kind of custom hook (shell command or whatever) to allow to do the same?

A PR with a opt-in option would be welcome. Otherwise, it's not really on my TODO-list.
