[Bug] App list scrolling stuttering (not smooth) #692

Description Ever since a recent update of NB, when I scroll the main list of apps rapidly, the list almost continuously stutters (freezes) as if it's quickly pausing to load some (not all) of the icon images for each app as that app appears on the screen.

Expected behavior I would expect the first time I install and run NB, that NB would have to initially load each app icon as that app appears in in the app list as I scroll and then put those images in a cache so NB won't have to load them for those apps in the future. And once I scroll through the entire list (or it loads all the apps in the background), that the list would rapidly scroll fluently like it did in previous versions.

Also, even if I scroll through the ENTIRE list slowly to the bottom of the list so that NB can load in every app's icon, if I then try to rapidly scroll back up through the list (towards the top of the list), the list will still stutter and appear like it's reloading some of the icons again.

This bug appears fixed in latest version.
