i had not noticed that i have a limit in place and done a backup. with that backup i lost access to a previous version and its data of an app.
the visual problem for me was that the limit was set to 2 and the interface (buttons, layout) is so big, that you only see 2 backups where the 2nd one is slightly reaching out of the screen (only 2-3px) but i assumed i can scroll though my whole backup history.
Describe the primary solution
it would be nice that a new backup doesn't overwrite a backup instantly. it would be good that it is only marked for deletion and maybe marked grey in the interface. a small notice should come up "backup xyz deleted. undo?"
