[Bug] Scheduled backups don't run as scheduled, instead launch on phone reboot

Description I have backups scheduled for every 3 days in the middle of the night (while charging). These do not run. Any time I reboot the phone (which is typically every few weeks), the scheduled backups will run.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set scheduled backups for every 3 days at 03:00
2. Select all App type, Backup type, and Launchable
3. Wait 3 days
4. If no backup starts, reboot and wait a couple of minutes

Expected behavior The backups will run every 3 days overnight.
