Wear OS UI support #350

Hey, I was wondering if a Wear OS UI will ever be added. I sideloaded Neo Store on my Pixel Watch, but it's unusable in it's current state. screenshot-2022-11-02-14-59-56

It has come to my attention that Wear OS can't even install apks on the device itself. However, it's probably still is possible with root, which I have screenshot-2022-11-02-22-07-00

I don't have a Wear OS device (and most probably won't ever). Plus, not many FOSS developers develope for the platform anyway, so it's not worth the effort.
