The NASA Ames Stereo Pipeline is a suite of automated geodesy & stereogrammetry tools designed for processing planetary imagery captured from orbiting and landed robotic explorers on other planets.
Currently the lines in the KML file are generated by using some internally checked points which is convenient but produces some odd shapes on the ground. This should be improved so that we get a nice clean footprint in Google Earth.
