Update description of DG session with CSM note #421

Description

Small update to documentation to remind user of CSM implementation of DG, and backlink to the correct section with a full description.

Motivation and Context

Easy to forget this when the User sees "dg session" at the terminal. New link also provides a better description of the implementation.

How Has This Been Tested?

Untested, i.e., I didn't rebuild the docs to check it.

But no author credit. :) We don't have a firm policy on author list. I think it is meant for bigger contributions though.
