Stations with only rented bikes (not by ourselves) can be opened #28

It causes the slider to be disabled & empty and the book-button to be disabled as well, but it's still a nuisance. The station should show as greyed out, because no bike can be booked there.

Greying out the station would require fetching every station's details on the map. This is not feasible.
