As a developer, I need to remove duplicate code in the forms so that the changes to the methods will be replicated on all fields.

Function to move into the components/forms/utilty.ts file:

handleSubmit (refactor to pass in 'path' variable)
handleInput
handleBlur
goToLocation
onError
errorCheck
disableCheck (refactor to pass in a boolean variable for checking for success)
