Where do you get the App Key from? #1

Hi, where do I obtain an app key from? Is this like an api key that needs to be obtained from neolabs? Or is this generated by the user?

Please refer the LICENSE part of read.me file. If you want to get your own App key, you should contact _global1@neolab.net

I sent multiple emails to that address and none have been met with a response...is there anything I can do to get ahold of someone? Or a phone number I can call?
