generated ps files not recognized by neopen #2

Hi, I generated a ps file using the 2.0 sdk, and the file isn't being recognized by the neopen n2. I printed this by opening it in adobe acrobat pro, and printing it @ 100%. My printer is not an issue because if I download and print the ncode paper from the neolabs site (https://www.neosmartpen.com/en/ncode-pdf/), these print fine and are recognized by the neopen. What am I doing wrong that is making this paper not work?

I'm really sorry to answer late. As a result, the file you attached has no problem, and your pen may not recognize it. Section 44 code is intended to work only with certain firmware. We should have guided about this. If you want a postscript output, I will make it so that you can generate postscript file for section 3 as well.

or, should I ask, what firmwares is section 44 code made to work with? @hrhwang

Section 44 is only for B2B purposes. The function to print section 3 to postscript is not currently running because it is not a high priority. If there are more requests, then we will proceed.

@hrhwang how/where does one obtain section 44 firmware to load onto their neopen devices? My application is b2b, what’s the process to get this special firmware?
