Error during Installation

I am getting this error during the installation process:

Opps!
android.system.ErrnoException: symlink failed: EEXIST (File exists)

any ideas why I get this error and how to solve it?

first I had only tried 1.2.8 from https://apt.izzysoft.de/fdroid/index/apk/io.neoterm

just now I tried 1.2.10 from https://github.com/NeoTerm/NeoTerm/releases and i get the same error message

Install from CoolApk, and open it. Anyway, rooted by Magisk.
