Automatically retrieve and match trainline (and other) invoices from emails

• Access emails via Gmail API
• Find e.g. 'trainline booking confirmation' emails and print as PDF
• Find e.g. 'jetbrains invoices' and 'hetzner invoice' and retrieve the PDF attachment already in the email
• Save as receipt and allocate to matching bank transaction
