Armor Item for NON PA #194

Can we get a Armor Item for the PA Slot to support NON PA Setups? 233

I'd love to see the underlays from NC2 (or a variation of them) come back. Especially with the new skill setup we have incoming where tanks won't necessarily focus on str, etc.
