Construction Quality too low #255

The problem

So i have done more CST Test i caped my Conster Spy Char at INT and DEX 100 see Screenshots. I build 21 Rare Weapons (Spells, Melee, Rifles and Pistols) from low TL 87 too high TL 115 and the Quality was the most of the Time really shit | Melee Weapons : Low TL Paw of Tiger get 2 times Artifact with 0 Slots and 2 Slots and the other 3 Paw of Tiger just in Perfect Quality with 0, 2 and 4 Slots | 1 Vine Ripper TL 97 Perfect Quality 2 Slots | 1 Blade of Ceres TL 100 Perfect Quality 1 Slot | 1 Devils Grace TL 115 Perfect Quality 2 Slots. PPU Spells | 4 Crahn Catharsis Tl 104 All Perfect Quality 2 with 1 Slots and 2 with 0 Slots | 2 Crahn Holy Catharsis TL 113 Perfect Quality with 0 and 3 Slots | APU Spells : 2 Holy Pestilence TL 110 in Perfect Quality with 1 and 2 Slots | 1 Holy Lighting Tl 101 with 1 Slot. Pistol : 1 Judge TL 100 in Perfect Quality with 1 Slot . Rifles : 1 Healing Light TL 110 Perfect Quality with 1 Slot | 1 First Love TL 114 Perfect Quality with 2 Slots | 1 Disruptor Tl 115 Perfect Quality with 3 Slots

Expected behavior

higher the Quality of the Stuff what you const with a capped Char

This report relates to the stats of the weapons, but these have not been provided. Can you please provide screenshots of each weapon so we can see how they all came out?

Just test something crafted 2 Wyat Earps 1 Time with CST 197 no Buffs no OP Bonus and the Second with Conster Buff 3 and OP Bonus wist 267 CST

First with CST 197 (0 Slot)

Wyatt Earp 1

CST 197 DEX REP AGI

Second with 267 CST (2 Slot)

Wyatt Earp 2

CST 267 DEX REP AGI

The first one with lower CST has better Stats than the second one.

As I'm sure you know, csting rares has an RNG element when it comes to quality. It's not just a case of getting enough skill to make something fully arti every single time. Hence why it's good to get slots on rares.

In NC1 it was intended that you'd not just make all rares perfectly, that's also why slot enhancers only work on non-rares so it's not just a shortcut to everyone having full arti rares.

This RNG means a comparison between 1 weapon made with x skill and 1 made with y skill isn't useful. The sample size is just too low for something with an RNG element.

The 28 screenshots that you have provided of weapons made with 267 cst is a better sample. It's a shame the info screen has the free slots pushed off of the screen by the constructor's name though, but being able to see the stats of each weapon (along with the TL) is useful information.
