Unfurnised and ''Location'' Clan Key Apartments are missing. #258

The problem

Unfurnised and ''Location'' Clan Key Apartments are missing. You can only get a random location key from a npc in the hq via dialog after completing the Epic!

Steps to duplicate

Complete a Epic and talk with the Key Guy in the HQ and he only sells the random standart location key...

A lot of the unfurnished apartments are purposely left out of vendors since we currently do not have any furniture in the game. These will be back in-game when furniture is reintroduced.

As far as the location-specific clan keys -- We don't have them right now. I'll leave this open so that we can keep it on the radar to look into as this would be low priority.
