Suggestion: Make Clan Apartment Genrep activation for ALL Clan Members #259

Suggestion: Can we get the change for the Clan Apartment Genrep activation that ALL Clan Members can make it as Primary Apartment? and not only for the Leader? In the current Version Only the Leader of the Clan can activate the Genrep in the Clan Apartment...

Even better: Couldn't we make it so everyone can have both their own primary apartment GR and then also a "Clan GenRep" in the list?
