Feat/Add feature flags support #174

Closes #173

Add support to feature flags via Hypertune. The instructions in the readme will help with changing or adding a feature flag.

I also added support to the Vercel Toolbar in local and production, this will enable us to override feature flags easily.

The only feature flag at the moment is isDeveloper enabled for me and Stefano. If it's true we show the toolbar in every environment. To make it visible I added a visual indication on the first page:
