this time:
was attempting to change time format to military format at approx. 7:22
at 4:20 I had to make 2 requests for my location verification
Steps to Reproduce
it isn't always repeatable - happens randomly,
I noticed there is a 5 second delay for a 'bus mechanism' event. - Am I supposed to wait 5 seconds after every 'mana say-to'???

I am 3 hours ahead of Washington timezone re: 4:20 to 7:22 >> that is only 2 minutes after the TZ change
