[FEAT] Kernel 6.6 Support #136

Objective

Enable support for and default use the latest 6.6.x kernel for RPi builds.

Initial Implementation Requirements

Update check_reset.sh to support new GPIO configuration
Update sj201-interface to properly support Kernel drivers
Validate Fan, LED, and Buttons plugins work with GPIO and kernel module changes

Other Considerations

@goldyfruit has validated driver compatibility for the most part (relevant Matrix thread)
This may relate to closing #22
