Steps to Reproduce
RPi imager beta .5.15b9 transferred to usb/sdd, MicMute S1 in off position, apply power, don't answer Neon "upgrade request"
walk away (well went to work). no other interaction with Neon other than 'ssh to it' to get a 'top' image at start and 9 hour.

systemd journalctl in archive noted a lot of Wlan activity searching - I don't use it or set it up
logs in archive - almost whole 11+ hours
