[FEAT] Dismiss any active timer on "dismiss" #101

Objective

Currently, timers are only dismissed by name (i.e. "cancel my timer"), but a pending timer should also handle "dismiss" requests.

Initial Implementation Requirements

Update 'dismiss' handling to include handling pending timers

Other Considerations

Where there's no GUI, does it make sense to dismiss an active timer, or maybe add some converse?
