[BUG]cannot perform 'dismiss' action #90

Description

I attempted earlier to "reboot services" and it wanted to 'restart' the computer. I responded with 'never mind' [per prompt] and 'dismiss' and 'stop' and 'exit' to no avail. I also did Mana say-to 'dismiss'/'stop' also to no avail '
