[FEAT] Support default media

Objective

Add some configured URL from which default/demo tracks are optionally downloaded.

Initial Implementation Requirements

• Configurable default music URL
• Configurable behavior to download defaults

Other Considerations

• Goes with #3 to support multiple library paths
