[BUG] Attachments missing from support email #81

Description

If logs are large (i.e. the Mark2 will have up to 10MiB of logs), they are sometimes missing from support emails.

Steps to Reproduce

Allow a mark 2 to run for a day with DEBUG logging on
Create a support ticket
Check the support email for attachments.
