Plugin not working #2

Anyone trying to run the command gets a "command not found" message in the console and so no one is able to swap. SCPSwap.dll is in my sm_plugins folder and I have the following in my config_gameplay

scpSwap settings

scpswap_enable: true scpswap_timeperiod: 30 scpswap_minhealth: 98 scpswap_preservehealth: true scpswap_maxswaps: 2

This plugin was discontinued and no longer works with the latest version of SMOD. Someone wrote a copy of this in Exiled, which you should be able to find.
