It would be very good to have a new release with the last fixes (and more that I am ading here) so we can have a new release in luarocks that would be very helpful (see #11 )
I have updated the luarocks to have a 0.4-1 release from a v0.4 git tag (that still does not exist in this repo).
Also some compilation issued are fixed here, I can provide a separate pull request if needed (my idea is to sumplify your work @Neopallium )
