when create #571, I also configrate en.json but that changes is conflict cancer. so i re-create PR that only configurate CleanJSON.py only.

Thank you for the change! I'm sorry that I had to revert the change, I should've made sure that it wouldn't cause issues first.

I am reconsidering how we should do this, if we should let all contributors merge any remaining changes and then re-format all the documents at once before we add any new strings.
